By accessing or using Polyasso ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free-tier and paid subscribers.

Polyasso is an AI-powered research tool that scans Polymarket prediction markets, retrieves publicly available data (Vegas odds, news, standings), and uses Claude AI to surface potential trading opportunities ("picks"). The Service is informational only.
IMPORTANT Polyasso is not financial advice. All picks are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Never trade more than you can afford to lose on prediction markets.
Polyasso offers a free tier and a paid Premium plan. All paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe.
MONTHLY $20.00 / month — billed on the same calendar date each month. Access continues until the end of the current billing period if cancelled.
Prices are in USD and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Any price changes will not affect your current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you will not be charged again, and your Premium access continues until expiry.
We do not offer prorated credits for unused time.
No refunds are issued for monthly subscriptions. You retain access through the end of the billing period upon cancellation.
The free tier grants 1 analysis run per week using the Politics and Weather bots. Free tier limits may be adjusted at any time. Attempts to circumvent rate limits (e.g., creating multiple accounts) will result in account termination.
Users who refer 3 verified new signups via their unique referral link earn 1 free month of Premium, automatically applied. Referral rewards are not redeemable for cash and are subject to change or termination at any time. Abuse of the referral system (e.g., fake accounts) will result in account suspension and forfeiture of rewards.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Polyasso makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any picks generated by the AI. Prediction market trading carries financial risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polyasso's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or loss of profits.
The Service integrates with Polymarket, Stripe, Anthropic (Claude AI), NewsAPI, OpenWeatherMap, and The Odds API. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for outages or data errors from third-party providers.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting billing or cancellation will be communicated via email to registered users with at least 14 days' notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against Polyasso.
